| My first track list design |
For the back of my digipak I decided to include a picture of the female artist to make it more visually interesting. She is positioned to the right of the image leaving enough room for the tracks to be listed without over lapping. This in turn makes them both more visible. Also her eyes will be covered as seen above as I think it is important for a back cover that not all the attention is drawn to the image, it should also be shared with the track names as this is its main function. The tracks are listed in a white font which I believe looks professional as well as standing out the predominantly green back ground. In addition the front cover also has white font and so a continual theme is kept throughout the product making it more professional.
The image will be set in the forest setting creating synergy between the video and the digipak therefore highlighting that its one product.
The barcode is in the bottom left so that it doesn't cover any important aspects of the image.
I have also included the producers name and the website for the "official artists web page" as I believe it gives the product a more professional look and feel. In order to improve this I will include the 'logo' which can be seen on the front cover, containing the name Glowgaze with the two dots on either side. This will replace the text of the original 'glowgaze' seen in the top centre of the back cover. I feel this will bring the product together to make it feel more like one product through the continuing theme of the logo. Therefore this can been seen as more professional.
(For my final cover the same lighting and effects will be used in both the front and back cover so that a link can be created between the two in order to make it clear that they are the same product)
